God's Word, Your Heart Language When 2012 began, you could enjoy the entire YouVersion experience-Bibles, menus, even reading plans-in any of 13 languages. Over the last few months, we've also added Italian, Turkish, Afrikaans, Czech, Romanian, Slovak, and Japanese (to name just a few), bringing that total to more than 20!
And we want to continue making God's Word freely available to everyone, no matter what language they prefer. That means you have more opportunities than ever before to help us change the world! Just sign up for one that you like, and each day, the Bible App will serve up bite-sized sections of Scripture. Since we're always adding new Plans, we just debuted two new categories to help you find your next plan. Now you can find our most recent plans under "New," and "Featured" lists popular and relevant plans you might not have discovered yet. And if you've had a mobile device for more than just a few days, you also know how frustrating it can be when you can't get a signal strong enough to connect. Fortunately, thanks to the generosity of many Bible publishers, several versions of the Bible are available for you to download directly to your device. When you have a reliable signal (Wi-Fi is best): - Go to the Bible Reader.
- Tap the short code for the version you're reading.
- Tap the download icon for any version(s) you want to download.
- Follow the prompts.
That's it! Now you can always read the versions you've downloaded, even when you can't connect to the Internet or to your service provider! |
